Ticket Booking Online: Bangalore Kayaking Club

Booking your kayaking session is a digital-only process. To maintain an organized schedule and ensure equipment availability, the Bangalore Kayak Club (BKC) does not accept walk-ins or cash payments at the lake. All reservations must be secured in advance.

How to Book Your Slot

The official booking partner for BKC is TicketShifu. Follow these steps to secure your tickets:

    1. Visit the Booking Portal: Go to the official Bangalore Kayak Club TicketShifu Page.
    1. Select Your Date: Check the calendar for real-time availability. The club is open 365 days a year (weather permitting).
    1. Choose Your Timing: Slots start as early as 5:45 AM (Sunrise) and run through the day until 5:30 PM (Sunset).
    1. Enter Quantity: Remember, tickets are per person, not per kayak.
    • For a Single Kayak, book 1 ticket.
    • For a Double Kayak, book 2 tickets.
    1. Payment: Complete the transaction using UPI, Credit cards, or Net Banking.

Vital Booking Rules

  • Digital Only: No cash is accepted at the venue. Your booking confirmation (sent via email) must be shown to the instructor at the grey container on arrival.
  • Price: ₹365 per person (GST extra). This price is final and non-negotiable.
  • Non-Refundable: Tickets once booked cannot be refunded.
  • Rescheduling: Possible only if requested at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to slot availability. Reach out via Instagram (@kayak.blr) for assistance.
  • Late Arrival: If you miss your slot, you can only join the next one if there is an empty spot.

Ticket Requirements for Children & Pets

  • Kids (5+ years): Must have a standard ticket. They are not allowed to sit in a lap for safety reasons; they must occupy a seat in a double kayak with an adult.
  • Pets: A separate ticket is required for your pet. Ensure the combined weight of the person and pet is under 180kg.
